Nursery Manager

The Water Garden is seeking a Nursery Manager to oversee our aquatic nursery and greenhouses.  This position is located in Chattanooga, TN.  Experience with aquatic plants and/or nursery management strongly preferred. 

Candidates must be willing and able to perform tasks including, but not limited to, the following:

Moderate-heavy lifting.
Oversee other full and part time nursery staff
Work in all outdoor conditions (both pleasant and not)
Plan and implement plant propagation schedules

This is an opportunity to take an established aquatic nursery and help make it grow with the combination of our vision and your own. 

Starting pay is based on experience.  Hours are flexible, but full availability is requested.
